Vietnam Franchising & Licensing Network - VFLN is a non-profit organization established under Ho Chi Minh city Union of Business Associations (HUBA). VFLN's mission is to promote and develop the franchising & licensing in Vietnam, connecting domestic and foreign members, connecting Vietnam to the world. VFLN members include Vietnamese & foreign professionals, organizations, industry experts, consultants, government agencies, media agencies and supply partners operating in the franchising & licensing industry.

The Executive Board are members who hold senior positions or are founders of companies/ organizations that are actively operating and are reputable in the franchising or licensing industry in Vietnam. The Executive Board participates voluntarily with the responsibility of contributing constructively to the organization, the industry and the community.

The VFLN Executive Board is elected and holds a 3-year term. The election is conducted publicly by voting by members with voting rights in VFLN.
